Delete your data — Arrow Twist - Puzzle Game
Arrow Twist - Puzzle Game (Arrow Puzzle) by Marbellaspa app has no user accounts. Your game progress stays on your device, and we do not keep any data that identifies you by name. You can delete your data at any time using the options below.
1. Delete the data stored on your device
Your levels, stars, coins and settings are saved only on your phone. To delete them:
- Android: open Settings > Apps > Arrow Puzzle > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the App.
- iPhone: delete the App (touch and hold the App icon, then Remove App > Delete App). This removes all game data stored by the App.
On Android, this also resets the random app instance ID used by Google Analytics for Firebase, so future analytics are no longer linked to your past use. The iOS version does not include any analytics.
2. Delete or reset your advertising ID
Ads in the App are served by Google AdMob. To stop the use of your advertising ID:
- Android: open Settings > Privacy > Ads (on most Android devices) and choose Delete advertising ID.
- iPhone: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for Arrow Puzzle. The App can then no longer use your advertising identifier (IDFA).
You can also change your ad consent at any time in the App: Settings > Ad privacy choices (shown where the law requires it).
3. Ask us to delete your data
Send an e-mail to solaristangier@gmail.com with the subject "Arrow Puzzle – Data deletion request". No proof of identity or account is needed.
- We reply within 30 days.
- For the Android version, we ask Google to delete the analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase) linked to your installation, where it can be identified, and we delete your e-mail and our reply once the request is handled.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
